General information of the website www.rlasb.es

RLASB is a project coordinated by IRTA and INIA National Institute of Agricultural and Food Research and Technology. The management and communication of the platform is executed from IRTA.

The domain www.rlasb.es is a domain of the Agrifood Research and Technology Institute (IRTA) with NIF No. Q-5855049-B and address at Torre Marimon, C-59, Km. 12.1 of Caldes de Montbui (Barcelona) CP-08140, tel. 93 467 40 40 and address (irta@irta.cat).

IRTA is a public company of the Generalitat de Catalunya, regulated by Law 4/2009 of April 15 of the Parliament (BOE of April 23, 2009) that has the purpose of contributing to the modernization, improvement and promotion of the competitiveness; sustainable development of the agricultural, food, agroforestry, aquaculture and fishing sectors, and also those directly or indirectly related to the provision of healthy and quality food to final consumers; to food security and the transformation of food, and, in general, to the improvement of the well-being and health of the population.

IRTA exercises its activity directly or also through a network of consortium centers (between IRTA, Universities, CSIC, Provincial Councils, etc.) that can be defined as that of a cooperative R & D system.

User Access

The access and / or use of the www.rlasb.es portal attributes the condition of user and implies the acceptance of the conditions of access and use contained in this legal notice, as well as the privacy policy and personal data. The aforementioned conditions will apply regardless of the general conditions of contracting and electronic commerce that may be applicable in the functionalities offered by the portal. In accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law, IRTA expressly opposes the use of any of the contents of the portal in any format, for the purpose of making reviews or press magazines, audiovisual productions or any other commercial purpose, without prior express authorization.

This legal notice does not imply any assignment of rights in favor of the user in relation to any of the elements that make up the website or its contents.

In no case is authorized:

  • Presentation of a page of the portal www.rlasb.es or any content of this in a window that does not belong to www.rlasb.es by means of any technique or procedure including framing, in line linking, etc.

B) Navigation data

The navigation system and the software necessary for the operation of this web site collect, in a standard way, some data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The relationship between IRTA and users will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona.
